Let’s Get Healthy Together

Do You Know the Secret to Living Your Best Life?

It’s Simple. Join West Willow Healthy Together!

It’s a community-based, volunteer and student run program in partnership with the University of Michigan School of Nursing and Packard Health focused on the health and wellness of older adults in the West Willow Neighborhood.

It’s easy to get started on a path of healthier living. You’ll talk with a Community Health Worker to provide information on your health needs and what you want to accomplish with the program.
