the West Willow Neighborhood Community Appreciation Day on Saturday, June 29th from 2:00-4:00 (2345 Tyler Rd., Ypsilanti, MI 48198).  The New West Neighborhood Association (NWWNA) is hoping to bring together all of the partners that are supporting residents' efforts to improve the quality of life in the neighborhood.

 
Neighborhood projects have included activities from cleaning up debris and trash; sharing  community garden produce; improving a senior's ability to access, understand and integrate digital technologies in everyday activities; strengthening connections between older adults and youth as they work to reimagine a recreational space that is safe and inclusive across generations to chair exercise workshops; critical home repairs and improvements that reduce energy consumption or a clinic that brings health care closer to home for residents.
