Rite Aid Pharmacists will be providing the COVID vaccine to those who are interested at the Ypsilanti Township Community Center. The vaccine that will be offered on Saturdays from 9:00am-4:30pm is the Moderna vaccine.

Scheduling:
When registering for your Dose 1 appointment, please keep in mind that you will be automatically scheduled for your Dose 2 four weeks later for the same time to ensure you are fully vaccinated. Please pay attention to both your Dose 1 and Dose 2 date so that you can ensure you will be able to make both appointments.

The online scheduling tool is the only way to book an appointment - no call-ins please!

Please bring with you:
- a completed COVID Vaccine Consent Form (receive during registration; emailed with your receipt)
- ALL insurance cards including medical insurance, prescription insurance, and Medicare Part B insurance (if applicable)
- form of identification such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport.

This vaccination is approved for all patients age 18 and up with no other criteria needed. We look forward to protecting our community!
