Let’s Get Healthy Together

Do You Know the Secret to Living Your Best Life?

It’s Simple. Join Healthy Together West Willow!

It’s a free, community-based, volunteer and student run program focused on improving the health and wellness of older adults in the West Willow Neighborhood.

It’s easy to get started on a path of healthier living. You’ll talk with a student intern to provide information on your health needs and what you want to accomplish with the program.

Many factors influence healthy aging. Some of these, like genetics, are not in our control. Others — like exercise, a healthy diet, going to the doctor regularly, and taking care of your mental health are within reach.

Check out the upcoming events to identify actions, you can take to help manage your health.

We would love to see you at one of the chair exercise workshops to help improve your mobility or get tips on using your cell phone or tablet.

Take a short commute to visit the Packard Health West Willow Clinic in your neighborhood to learn more effective ways to prevent or manage a chronic illness.

Have fun with your neighbors learning more about and attending to your health needs.

A Resident’s Testimony
